The plan features a large central station with 6 tracks in the middle and one more small station at the back (top) side. There are two routes – one double main line that is going underground and passing via two fiddle yards and another single line that is passing on a bridge above the central station and then joins into the double line.

The plan allows all kinds of operations and up to two trains running simultaneously without need to be controlled. The layout is large enough to enable two persons to play on it without disturbing each other. It can be DC or DCC powered (by your choice), but needs to be fitted with electrical turnout switching machines and electromagnetic uncouplers (not shown on the plan) as the stations are far from the sides and does not allow manual control. The central station has depot for two locos together with servicing and cargo loading/unloading tracks. If you prefer a turntable with a small roundhouse, such can be also installed after removing the existing depot.
