Description
The layout is designed as small oval with train station in front and industrial area with canal at the back side. There is also a reverse loop, starting from the station and, passing through the center and around the canal and then ending with a turnout in the main line. The track plan is suitable for continuous running of one train as well as for many shunting/switching operations.
The storage trunk has two compartments, one over another, with equal height of 12,5cm (5") each. The upper part is for the layout, while the lower compartment holds the drawer, containing the operating wheel and all other controls. The left side of the drawer is free and can be used for storing of the rolling stock and all other model train related accessories. When not used, the layout can be covered by the lid and the drawer can be closed so everything is secured against dust and pets. Moreover, if all the parts of the layout are glued and the contents of the drawer is secured. The whole trunk can be easily moved and transported by car.
