The Corner HO-scale Layout of Michael
Medium-sized HO-scale corner layout design with single main line passing around a small town with car cinema near the sea coast. The track plan is suitable for passenger and freight traffic as well as for some shunting/switching operations.

Description
Here is what Michael says about his corner layout project:
" It's HO, and I've done a few things to adapt it to my specific room, including squeezing it down to 8' x 7' and putting a gap in the backdrop to accommodate two windows (which I've also added to the 3D model). The end loops are 18" radius, and the benchwork at that point is 40" wide. Nothing is more than a 27" reach from the edge (assuming I have access to all sides except the two long sides that are against the wall).
The premise of this layout is a fictional historic tourist railway in a small seaside town. This will let me run pretty much whatever I want (mostly small steam locos) and mix eras at will. Operation will be mostly passenger (short Overton passenger cars), with maybe the occasional local freight. I like to collect steam engines, so there's a turntable with enough stalls for 7 medium-length engines (2-6-0, 4-6-0, 2-8-0) and 3 short ones (maybe diesel or tank engines)."
