The layout features single main line in oval with 4-spurs train station and a branch line. The station has depot for two engines on the left side and additional two dead-end tracks in the right side. The branch line on the back goes to a small industrial area where the cargo warehouses and the fuel terminal are located. There are also a church, several other buildings and a road network. The power supply can be either DC (analog) or DCC (digital) and depends on your choice. The layout is very small and allows manual uncoupling of the rolling stock, but the turnouts are recommended to be electrically operated.
